Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Job Kiwi ("the Service"), operated by Qolca ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Job Kiwi does

Job Kiwi is an AI-powered tool that helps you fill out job applications. It can answer application questions, generate tailored CVs, and auto-fill online application forms using information you provide (CVs, profile data, chat conversations).

3. Your account

• You sign in via Google OAuth. We don't store your Google password.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Your data

• You own your data (CVs, profile info, generated content).
• We store your data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.
• You can request full deletion at any time via account deletion or by emailing info@qolca.org.

5. AI-generated content

• All content generated by the AI is based on information you provide.
• The "lie mode" feature lets you control how much the AI embellishes. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit to employers.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated answers will be accurate, appropriate, or lead to job offers.

6. Auto-fill feature

The auto-fill feature attempts to scrape and fill online job application forms on your behalf. This may not work on all websites (captchas, login-gated pages, dynamic forms). We are not responsible for incorrectly filled applications or any consequences of auto-submitted data.

7. Payments and subscriptions

• Free accounts receive a limited token allowance.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Izipay. Prices are in PEN (Peruvian Soles).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact info@qolca.org.

8. Prohibited use

• Don't use the Service to apply with fabricated identities.
• Don't scrape or overload the Service.
• Don't use the Service for anything illegal.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to rejected applications, incorrect data submitted to employers, or lost opportunities.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
