Who we are

What we collect
- Account data: name, email, and profile photo from Google OAuth.
- Profile data: information you provide via CV uploads, profile chat, or manual edits (work experience, skills, education, etc.).
- Generated content: answers, CVs, and form-fill data created by the AI on your behalf.
- Usage data: token consumption per action (for billing). We do not track browsing behavior or use third-party analytics.
- Payment data: processed by Izipay. We store transaction IDs and plan status but never see your card number.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: generate answers, CVs, and fill applications.
- To maintain your profile between sessions.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails (payment confirmations, account changes).
AI processing
Your profile data and CV text are sent to AI providers (OpenRouter, Anthropic, or OpenAI — depending on your settings) to generate content. These providers process the data per their own privacy policies. We send only the minimum context needed for each request.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We don't use your data to train AI models.
- We don't use cookies for tracking (only session cookies for authentication).
Data storage
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (US region). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Data retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (profile, CVs, chat history, applications, payment records) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
- Access: view all your data via the Profile page.
- Deletion: request full account deletion via this form or by emailing info@qolca.org.
- Portability: request a copy of your data by emailing info@qolca.org.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll notify you via email for material changes.
